Vic Manuel is a singer songwriter whose first instrument was Flugelhorn in a cadet band. At age 13 he found an old guitar and taught himself how to play. He had to become a musician, joined a band at 15 and has been writing songs, singing and performing ever since. Has released 3 albums and EPs with different bands and 2 solo albums. He has toured the East Coast of Australia, played in America and Europe and now resides in New Zealand.
His music is a mix of old timey Americana and contemporary folk. Influences are Leonard Cohen, Townes van Zandt, John Prine, Bob Dylan, Steve Earle.
