Looma came together in 1998. They have performed with fellow Napier group Jakob, leading to some talk of the emergence of a 'Hawkes Bay sound', with these two bands at its forefront.
Looma confidently wrenches guitar fuelled rock with free floating atmosheric and psychedelic sounds that bands from this part of the world are renowned for.
