Ramekin
Bio
Ramekin are 4 guys from South Auckland. The group have been together for almost three years. They were winners of the M2 and Jim Beam music video competition late last year. Their music video for the song 'Clay' currently plays on TV.
Their music is not commercial rock, it's heavy but with an alternative edge.
In an interview by Reuben Bonner in the Rip It Up they were described as "Tool-esque".

Ramekin News Posted: Thu Jun 12, 2003 12:16 pm Ramekin's site (http://www.ramekin.net/) is up and running nicely. The forum in particular (http://www.ramekin.net/forum) is getting a lot of traffic. Record sales are also ticking over - you can buy 'Nota Bene' in store or online at Real Groovy and Echo Music, and in store at Raw and Missing Link in New Plymouth. They have a couple of gigs coming up, with more to be announced shortly including: Saturday 21 June - Adrenalin Bar, Whangarei - supporting Indicator Dogs |
