Coridian is an progressive hard rock group from Auckland, New Zealand. Formed in 2015, the band consists of Mike Raven (guitar), Kris Raven (drums), Nick Raven (bass) and Dity Maharaj (vocals). Today welcomes the release of their newest offering, State of Mind.

State of Mind punches heavy from the first snare hit, with layers of offbeat guitar riffage, driving drum and bass groove and massive hooky vocals. It will lead you into moody verses before exploding into Coridian’s trademark epic & soaring choruses.

Thematically, State of Mind places you into the mind of someone trying to control their anger, their frustrations and ultimately their steps to find peace. However musically, State of Mind will leave you head banging and hitting that repeat button.

The 4th in element series, following Oceanic (2015), Caldera (2017) and Eldur (2020), State of Mind was produced by Aotearoa's own Zorran Mendonsa (City of Souls, Shepherds Reign, Crooked Royals), and it follows on from the recently released Rakshasa (featuring Michael Murphy of Written by Wolves) which received extensive indie radio play throughout NZ, radio chart appearances & humbling reviews plus playlisting on three Apple Music playlists in 168 countries and over 30,000 streams on Spotify.
