Caught Inside Release New Single 'Durry'

11 August 2023 - 0 Comments

An effervescent young group originating from Tāmaki Makaurau, Caught Inside, have released a new single Durry today. The song is the third to be released ahead of their new EP 5 Star Shag, a collaboration between the indie quartet and audio engineer Emily Wheatcroft-Snape (Lorde, Fazerdaze) recorded at Parachute Studios.

The EP explores themes of being a young person in Aotearoa, reminiscing on past love, and embracing a raunchy hedonism to great effect. Within, listeners can find six songs crafted by an enthusiastic group of indie pop-rockers. Keen local music historians will find similarities to Ladyhawke or Cut Off Your Hands.

To celebrate the release of 5 Star Shag, Caught Inside will be playing shows in Tāmaki Makaurau & Te Whanganui-A-Tara. Find dates, credits & all necessary links below.
