Self doubt comes from within and from those we chose to draw our energy from. We say sorry too much, water ourselves down so that we aren’t too much for some. Vanessa Tottle herself has had to learn the skills of not having self doubt, to stop saying sorry - and to pour herself 100% - full strength. Unapologetic is definitely giving you a fireplace warmth feel on a winters night especially as the song opens up with “keep thinking as the rain falls” very apt for the season in New Zealand.
