Alt. country punk rock band Devils Elbow return with their first new recorded material since their acclaimed 2010 debut album Sand On Chrome. To celebrate the band is playing a handful of release shows before the year is out.
Broken Record Syndrome is an 8-track EP (or a single with 7 ‘B-sides’), it contains a mix of new and not so new material recorded at various times through 2011-2012 and features the first recorded appearances from the band’s new members (Ben Lee, bass/vocals and Adam Lamberg, Drums) as well a number of guest musicians.
The title track itself was mixed by Nick Poortman (Sade, Pluto, Napalm Death) and serves as the first single release from the bands forthcoming second album ‘Absolute Domain’ which is currently being completed and is to be released in 2013.
The EP is out now on iTunes & Amplifier. CD copies (including download) available at shows and the bands official store: http://www.devilselbowofficial.bandcamp.com/ here the EP will be available as a FREE download for a limited time.
