Hot on the heels of their first European headline dates in London, Paris and Berlin, Leisure share a very special documentary just in time for New Zealand Music Month, a behind the scenes look at their 2018 concert with the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra.
Leisure says "To sell out Auckland Town Hall and play our first album backed by the APO was an incredible experience and a career highlight for all of us. Here's a little gift from us to our fans, to remember that very special occasion."
"A Huge thanks to the APO, Supernormal, RNZ and everyone who made this documentary possible - a completely genuine and immersive creative experience that we are now able to relive and prove to our future grandchildren, that something this special really did happen.”
The 20 minute documentary shows Leisure and the orchestra working together to transform the music from a six piece live band to a band plus orchestra, through to the dressing room emotions of the night, and of course it features plenty of on stage moments from the show.

Leisure play in Brighton at The Great Escape on Friday and Saturday, before heading home to release Twister and prepare for their first national tour.
