yes i have one.. i was eating some toast and all of a sudden my lip ring got cought in it and opened the ring up (as i have a sleeper thing or what ever they are called in there) and then the linking bits just tore the inner lip where the ring goes.. some full on blood..

ohhhhhhhh know the feeling. I have a on of thos lip rings where a segment of it comes out. They're the best ones, 'cause things can't get caught on it. ONly problem i have is when i bite into things, such as burgers and shit my bitet he ring, i need a smaller one. But yea, hope my advice comes as help to you.
