the darkness sucks cuz theyre waaay to mainstream.theyre evein in fuckin singstar for gawd's sake(i am NOT a fan of the game, in fact i HATE it. the only decent song in there is motorhead's ace of spades)
anyways, the dakness does suck but justin hawkins is a frickin shredder on the guitar man, you wonder if those guys are the real deal or not.

Shut the hell up!!! The Darkness are soooo good!!! I dont get what you guys seem to be saying about his voice? Anyway you cant say that any band are bad just because theyre mainstream, I heard of them before they got big, when they were playing to 30 people at the manchester academy and Ithe second I heard them I was in love with their classic rawk!! I never dbouted them to be a joke coz I grew up loving the classic rock that they grew up with, did freddie mercurys catsuits and flamboyant dress style make him a joke? does the polyphonic sprees robes make them a joke? what everyone seems to be getting away from these days is the music, the darkness have a fantastic album with great songs, their stage show and their prescence is fantastic, If I wanted to go and watch a band sing depressing songs whilst standing perfectly still then I would, but theres too much depression in the world today as it is, music should be a release which is what makes the darkness soo good, they make happy music and they aren't afraid to make fun of themselves. this doesn't make them a joke band, they arent frigging spinal tap, but even then spinal tap made some great music!!! what the darkness are doing right now is exactly what bands like the strokes and the datsuns are doing, making new music in an old style (the strokes being "New york dolls" clones and the datsuns being clones of led zep (minus the acoustic songs ))I spose you guys might be talking about Justins falceto?? well i dont hear you complaining about other great bands like boston who've used such a convention for years!!

so shut up yoou music facists and lighten up a bit

"but theyre mainstream" WHo gives a damn really? I dont I dont see what your problem with bands being big is? first of all you are complaining that rap gets all the airplay and rock doesn't well heres a GOOD rock band who are getting alot of airplay and you're complaing about it??

justin fuking hawkins is the ledgend he has the meanist voice in the world - if you can sing as good as he can then u can say he sucks - but u cant..... matt bellamy has a nice voice as well his is way more controlled then justins and is more pure but still justin is fuking mean. hes the man at writing fuk off funny lyrics go read the lyrics for 'growing on me' and then go and find out what the song is about - u'll fuking shit ur self it so fuking funny. hes the man on the gat as well he'd rip any of you up any day!!!
