think its best to buy the concert tickets at the start to make up the numbers then wait til its cancelled so then you at least get a full refund unlike the plane tickets which arnt refundable.

Yeah true... problem is though that if you hold out, the plane prices go up and you end up spending MORE to get there. Plus you also run the risk of not getting a flight at all and that would be even worse than having the show cancelled.
