Southern Amp 2008 – Westpac Arena Festival Park – Sunday 9^th November

Crank up the volume because the South Island’s biggest live music festival is coming to Christchurch on Sunday 9^th November pumping out 12 hours of non-stop live music on 4 separate stages, all completely undercover!

This year there will be more international artists than ever before with 40 bands & DJs including multi-platinum performers from the US, UK and Australia joining our finest NZ artists at Southern Amp 2008.

The action includes thrill rides, music workshops, a market place and plenty of bars and food stalls. The Westpac Arena will form Southern Amp’s Main Stage, the best of Australasia’s dance & club scene will be on show at the Ministry Of Sound Stage while the NZ Music Stage and the Christchurch Music Stage will showcase top current and up-and-coming NZ and local artists.
