The original all-Kiwi music festival, Jim Beam Homegrown has just released their full line-up delivering New Zealanders one of the most diverse and affordable festivals of summer on Wellington’s Waterfront, on March 18th, 2023.
Incredible Kiwi talent such as Kora, The Black Seeds, Troy Kingi and the Promises, Villainy, P-Money + Ella and Flowidus have been added to the already impressive line-up including Drax Project, Shihad, Shapeshifter, Sir Dave Dobbyn, SACHI, Gin Wigmore, Mitch James, Ladi6, Katchafire, Lee Mvtthews, Sons of Zion, Savage and so much more.
With 45 acts spread over 5 main stages, Jim Beam Homegrown 2023 is tracking towards another sell out year with the demand for tickets exceeding the expectations of the promoters.
Festival Director Andrew Tuck explains: "The response to the first line up we released in October shows that New Zealander's want to see their favourite Kiwi acts on stage this summer and there's still no better place to come together and enjoy the best of Kiwi music than Jim Beam Homegrown. We expect the additional acts in the full line up release will drive up demand for tickets and we’ll be tracking towards another sell out. This year we’ve kept tickets affordable and have made it even easier with the payment plan, where people can secure their tickets before they are gone and pay them off at around $20 a week."
The iconic Jim Beam Homegrown, billed as Kiwi Music’s Biggest Party, has cemented it as a Kiwi favourite, and a ‘must do’ experience for people of all ages from all over Aotearoa. In a year where Kiwi’s are doing it tough, the festival aims to be the release we all need.
Tuck explains “it’s been difficult for everyone this year and together with WellingtonNZ our goal is to allow Kiwi’s to let their hair down for a day, come together and celebrate who we are through our music. We’ve made some exciting changes to the festival layout that will make it a fresh experience for our loyal fans and ensure it’s one of the best festival experiences of summer for those that haven’t celebrated with us before”
Jim Beam Homegrown is a unique festival set up with the freedom to come and go to the festival as you please with a focus on delivering a truly premium experience for festivalgoers. Jim Beam Homegrown takes pride in its clean facilities, efficient bars and incredible sound and stage environments.
