The first single from Fan Club's upcoming debut EP, No Caller ID’s sonic guitar textures create a post-grunge aesthetic, brought out masterfully by producer Barrett Jones (Foo Fighters, Nirvana) who mixed and mastered the track from his Seattle Laundry Room Studio. Catchy, gritty and self-assured, it’s a Gen-Z anthem calling out cowardice and bullying.
Fan Club is a high school indie-rock band from Auckland, New Zealand. Emma (16), Caleb (18), Tilly (16) and Tom (18) mash-up pop/rock/indie elements into a unique blend of high-energy beats, dynamic structures, sick guitar riffs, and driving, confessional lyrics that explore the highs and (mostly) lows of teenage life. Their new song No Caller ID is the first single off their upcoming first EP.
Top 30 finalists in the 2023 SmokeFree RockQuest, Fan Club enjoys playing live regularly at venues across Auckland. They won the Band Award at the Raise-Up’s New Found Sound finals in 2023 at The Tuning Fork.
