Christchurch-based singer-songwriter Lee Martin is thrilled to announce the release of her third studio album, Dreamers Dawn. The album, set to launch on October 25, promises to captivate audiences with its unique blend of genres and heartfelt storytelling.

Dreamers Dawn is a musical journey that transcends traditional genre boundaries, weaving together elements of indie-soul, folk, country-soul, blues and Americana. Lee Martin's soulful voice and evocative lyrics are at the forefront of this album.

The album, nearly two years in the making, is one that Lee is most proud of and was crafted during a period of significant personal challenges and transformation. The album reflects the emotional highs and lows she faced, as she navigated through life-altering experiences. Each song encapsulates the raw emotions of growth, struggle, and renewal, making Dreamers Dawn a deeply personal and authentic record. This sense of vulnerability shines through in the lyrics, revealing stories of heartache, resilience, and finding light in dark times, creating a powerful connection with her audience.

Track number 11, Losing Sleep, features a Welsh male choir, a wonderfully innovative idea of Tematera Smith, who flew to Wales to record the choir, making it a standout track on the album.

Accompanying the release of the album is a stunning music video for the focus track When I Was Still With You. This video, with its dreamlike visuals, animations and special effects is the perfect way to visually represent the album and add to the Dreamers Dawn concept. A true masterpiece brought to life under the direction of Charlie Rose.
