The first batch of NZ acts has been announced for next March's South By Southwest music conference in good ol' Austin, Texas.

They are Carly Binding, Blindspott, Die! Die! Die!, Dimmer, Elemeno P, Evermore, Gasoline Cowboy, The Have, Kill Surf City, The Mint Chicks, Pig Out, Bic Runga, Shaky Hands and So So Modern. There might be more to come but this is already the biggest Kiwi contingent yet...
