In just under three weeks Wellington will host the country’s newest all ages festival, Peachy Keen - a groundbreaking female-led event, which will host some of the biggest names in New Zealand music.
With the recent COVID lockdown unfortunately forcing many events to be postponed or cancelled, the organisers of Peachy Keen are reassuring music lovers that it’s very much business as usual. The festival is now gearing up to welcome some of NZ’s most exciting new talent - BENEE, The Beths, Foley, Paige and KITA - who will take the stage alongside local legends like Gin Wigmore, Stellar*, Ladi6, Chelsea Jade and Ladyhawke.
There are still tickets available to Peachy Keen, which is being held at Wellington’s Basin Reserve on Saturday, April 3. Buy tickets here
Proudly promoting a female-heavy line-up, Peachy Keen is a true reflection of the diverse and celebrated music scene. As part of the curated experience, the festival will have some of Wellington's favourite food and drink. There will be beers by Garage Project, Stoneleigh organic Frose or a glass of Mumm if you really want to treat yourself, coffee from Swimsuit and cold-pressed juices from Havana. House of Dumplings will be there for your dumpling fix, Crab Shack for the seafood eaters and Dope Vegan Truck for the vegans!
What better way to see off the end of summer!
