Music News - Blood & Wires - Volume One, NZ music compilation album is out now

Blood & Wires Volume One is the first in our bi-annual compilation series. Our mission is to showcase New Zealand artists from various genres united by the idea of an experimental approach to creating music. These compilations will join a long history of experimental music in New Zealand.
In November last year we put out a call across social media for Artists to submit their tracks. We received a phenomenal response of over 80 submissions exceeding 6 hours of music. The quality of submissions was so high that we decided to release two compilation albums.
Blood & Wires Volume One will be released on 1 May and features 12 unique New Zealand electronic/experimental artists. Volume two will be released in July and features another 8 outstanding Artists.
Both albums will be released as a digital download and limited edition cassette tape available from www.bloodandwires.nz
