Julia Belle is thrilled to announce the release of her Debut Single No Way I Can Sleep, available everywhere from Friday 13th August 2021.
Julia Belle is a 23 year old Wellington based indie pop artist who crafts provocative, moody, and infectiously catchy pop songs which cut straight to the heart.
Her haunting vocals and confronting lyrics compels the audience to contest their own sensibilities and brings to light what it is to be a young soul navigating the social pressures of today's world.
She touches the listener instantly with her incredible melodies and lyrics that speak to so many of us who feel lost, confused and confronted by this world we are living in.
In her debut single, No Way I Can Sleep, which is produced by Toby Lloyd of Tiny Triumph Recordings (Stan Walker, Hollie Smith, Shapeshifter etc), she tackles her feelings of unworthiness, restlessness and the loneliness which so many of today's youth experience, but with an honesty and sung through a real world lens which helps the listener immediately connect through their own life experiences of ups and downs.
The jaw dropping music video is directed by William Cho and Ben Stewart from Studio Halfgray.
