Written about the loss of Sophie’s brother to suicide, the song shares the young singer-songwriter’s own story: "I want people to know that being someone who has lost someone to suicide, or being someone who has mental health problems doesn’t mean that you are hopeless. You can still live a beautiful life, you are not alone, and you are so loved."
