15-year-old singer, songwriter, producer Jackson Boswell releases Not Quite Enough, the brand-new track from an already impressive line-up of releases this year paving the way for his third EP Afternoon to come late 2021.
Tugging at the heart strings Not Quite Enough delves into the familiar territory of break ups, a topic we can all relate to. “It’s how sometimes you feel like you were never enough for that person,” says Boswell.
Slightly heavier than previous works, Boswell still sprinkles the track with signature airy synths and powerful guitars that provide the soundtrack for his lyrics to shine through. The thumping bassline in the bridge helps deliver a suitably teen grunge vibe.
