Mahoney Harris 'Band in Town' - New Single out December 3rd, 2021

24 November 2021 - 0 Comments

Waiheke based folk singer/songwriter, Mahoney Harris is pleased to announce her new single Band in Town, due for release on December 3rd 2021.

Band in Town is a nostalgic yet upbeat folk pop offering inspired by memories from Mahoney’s childhood, in particular her Mum and friends getting ready for a night out.

“I have some pretty vivid recollections of these gorgeous young women spending the day preparing for whatever band they were going to see that night.” Muses Mahoney. “There was excitement, anticipation, gossip, glamour, the thrill of live music, and I was soaking it all up.”

The song was recorded, produced and mixed by Wayne Bell in the loft space at Factory Studios. Olly Harmer of The Lab Studios added the final sheen of mastering.

Band in Town will be available digitally from December 3rd on Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, and all good digital sites.
