Taking a dynamic step back from the propulsive sweetness of her recent single Breezy As, Tess Liautaud's second single shows a whole other side of the Franco-American troubadour. The springtime video full of bursting light and colour, taken by Tess as she travels Aotearoa. It walks hand in hand with the intimacy of a song that dives wholeheartedly into a wave of changes; good, bad, exciting, fulfilling, and rich in creation. On The Cusp comes ahead of Liautaud's debut and self-titled album - out June 17th.
''When you know some change is about to occur in your life or around you, you just feel it, you can tell you’re in an in-between period, but that time is as important as any other! Things that made you feel stuck, a breakthrough that’s about to happen, but you have to go through the breakdown before the breakthrough''
