A New Zealand/Australian/South African music and entertainment event, it will be featuring acts from all three countries, including UK favourites, The D4, as well as that Aussie domiciled quartet Fur Patrol, and the big band extravaganza of Che Fu and the Krates, performing alongside the likes of Midnight Oil, Regurgitator, Spiderbait and the Australian Pink Floyd. Tickets will cost £20.
There's also dance tents, food, market stalls and plenty of beer.
UPDATE: Also featuring in the UK, this Queens Birthday Jubilee Weekend will be Dame Kiri Te Kanawa, performing for her Majesty at the Prom at the Palace on 01 June 02.
