RHYTHM & VINES have confirmed the second line-up instalment will be released on Tuesday 2 September at 5.30pm live on ZM. The line-up will be posted on RHYTHM & VINES’ website www.rhythmandvines.co.nz and official social networking sites. The website will keep visitors up to date with everything they need to know about RHYTHM & VINES 2009, including how to get here, what to bring, ticket information/purchasing, artist line-up and the various accommodation alternatives available to festival goers.
On-Site Camping bookings and camp information, for those who are keen to stay at the festival, will be made available via www.rhythmandvines.co.nz from Tuesday 2 September. On-Site Camping at RHYTHM & VINES is the only way to stay close to the action in the beautiful and relaxed surrounds of the Waiohika Estate; there will be room for 2,000 campers only.
Other great accommodation options on the website include BW Campgrounds who have five campgrounds all within walking distance of each other and room for over 13,000 campers over the New Year period; and RHYTHM & VINES official rental housing partners ‘Posh & Pooh’, who have a wide selection of rental properties available from executive houses to family homes for those wishing something not so down to earth. The Gisborne Visitors Centre is also equipped with other accommodation options available in the area over the New Year Period (06) 868 6139.
Last years hugely successful VIP will be back again to offer festival fans the chance to view the Rhythm Main Stage from the prime position at Waiohika Estate. This year the VIP will be relaunched as the Rhythm and Vines Special Reserve; Information regarding this Special Reserve area will also be made available along with ticket purchase information, at the website from Tuesday 2 September.
As well as Multi Day Tickets for the full three days of RHYTHM & VINES on sale via the website, www.rhythmandvines.co.nz is now offering Festival Day Tickets for public purchase. Day Ticket prices for 29th and 30th of December will be $95 each day (+ booking fee), and New Year Eve day tickets for the 31st December are priced at $135 (+ booking fee). The date each artist will be playing RHYTHM & VINES will not be released until after the second line-up announcement has been made, and due to demand, Day Tickets will be limited.
