The Frontier Touring Company is thrilled to unveil their newly revamped website – www.frontiertouring.com. Convincingly Australia’s #1 music promoter website according to Hitwise (one of the world’s leading internet traffic monitors), the launch of frontiertouring.com sees a twelve month work-in-progress come to life, with a renewed focus placed on enhancing the user experience, offering a simple and effective way for music fans to immerse themselves in the world of The Frontier Touring Company.
Managing Director Michael Gudinski has said that “Our new website shows that The Frontier Touring Company continues to lead the way amongst Australian and New Zealand tour promoters. It’s bigger and more comprehensive than anything I’ve seen before, and I hope to see it become the #1 destination for music lovers Down Under.”
Echoing Michael Gudinski’s vision, the new website offers users a highly individual experience incorporating a range of interactive and social elements. An enhanced program for Frontier Members sees the launch of a simplified pre-sale operation, offering on demand access to pre-sale information unique to each user. Geo-specific personalisation has been introduced and for the first time advertisers will be allowed the opportunity to become a part of the company’s online profile.
These new additions sit alongside existing features, including live and social photo galleries, exclusive Member competitions, extensive social networking opportunities, and an overhauled Frontier Touring blog – redesigned and rebranded as ‘MOSHroom’ – allowing Frontier staff to talk about everything and anything they like.
The Frontier Touring Company’s website has moved from strength to strength, reaching a point where a number of tours have sold out off Frontier website placement, without one advertisement running in alternate media resources (with David Gray’s October tour being the most recent example).
Now with sights firmly set on the future, The Frontier Touring Company will continue to roll out improvements and changes across the website in a bid to maintain its position at the forefront of the industry and further expand the concert going experience.
