Music News - Aroha Shines on Antix 25th Anniversary Remix Album

Aroha takes centre stage with a captivating remix of fellow New Zealanders Antix’s version of Rhian Sheehan's iconic tune, Hiding Place (ft. Jess Chambers), for their 25th Anniversary album BˈAK KˈAT, L OG.
The track has already been well dance floor tested in Aroha's DJ sets including her Boiler Room set at Hidden Valley festival last summer.
"I loved producing this moody bass flip of the Antix version and am honoured to be among such an amazing lineup of remixers for this important release," says Aroha.
Antix expressed their admiration for her remix saying "Aroha delivers a garage break with a hollow sub bass. Bringing class and variety to this diverse remix package."
Aroha's remix stands out alongside other distinguished producers reimagining Antix's back catalogue, including John Monkman, D-Nox & Gai Barone.
The collection, titled BˈAK KˈAT, L OG, pushes the boundaries of electronic music and is available digitally and on limited edition vinyl via Denmark label Iboga Records.
