For the third time in five years Garageland are proud to announce they are once again hitting the hallowed roads of America with their third stateside release 'Scorpio Righting'. It is due to be released in September by the bands long time label LA based Foodchain Records.
The band and label hope to build on the profile built by the first two albums. In 2001 the band achieved major US music magazine press coverage (Rolling Stone, Billboard, Hits Magazine) culminating in a headline spot at the prestigious SxSW music festival.
Foodchain publicist Michael Taub is delighted at the new record. "The band told me they were going to make a classic American road record. I thought they were joking. Every record they put out here slowly builds the fanbased."
FMR Australia are also looking to release 'Scorpio Righting' in the new few months.
