The dust has settled on the decks after last week's two regional ITF DJ battle finals, with DJs CXL and Alphabethead emerging as Northern & Southern regional champions respectively.
The two talented turntablists progress to the national ITF finals in October along with other top regional perfomers Manchoo, Mouli, Scratch 22, Goosh, SL & Kase.
A further two national final contenders will be decided at a third regional event - the South Island Final - in late August. The New Zealand Finals will follow as part of the 2002 Aotearoa Hip Hop Summit scheduled for October 4th and 5th in Auckland, where one scratch-happy New Zealander will be selected as NZ Champion, going on to represent Aotearoa at the International Turntablist Federation's world championships later this year.
