NZ Hip Hop Ltd, the organisers for the Aotearoa Hip Hop Summit have this week announced plans and a local line-up for this year's event. The 2002 Aotearoa Hip Hop Summit will take place once again at The Edge in Auckland, on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th of October.
The Summit will incorporate a number of events, including the New Zealand ITF Finals (featuring DJ Revolution and hosted by P-Money & MC Slave), a 3 on 3 invitational breakdancing battle, grafitti exhibitions, music industry panel discussions, breakdancing workshops and the inaugural presentation of the British Council for Outstanding Achievement in New Zealand Hip Hop.
Of course, there will also be a huge local line-up of live performers appearing over the weekend - including the following acts which have already been confirmed:
* Che Fu & The Krates
* Deceptikonz
* Dubious Brothers
* Ill Semantics
* Footsouljahs
* Nesian Mystik
And a Dirty Records Showcase featuring:
* P-Money
* Scribe
* Unique
* 4 Corners
