The 2002 b.net NZ Music Awards were held on the 6th of September. This year marked the 5th anniversary of the b.nets, and for the first time ever, they were screened on TV.
With 96 radio stations nationwide, and a 100% public vote, the winners of the 2002 b.net NZ Music Awards are as listed below:
