Emma Paki, Dam Native and DLT are going to come together this month to perform two shows for Matariki - a constellation in Maori astronomy.
The constellation appears in the New Zealand sky during June and July and marks the beginning of the Maori New Year.
After a long break from the music scene, Emma Paki is back recording and performing again, while both the Tui award-winning Dam Native and the 'godfather of New Zealand hip-hop', DLT, have also been working on new material.
You can catch the trio at Cheebacheeba in central Auckland on July 10, or out at The Grand Hotel in Helensville on July 12.
