Bringing together
dance-floor EDM and sensible indie-rock, Auckland producer Cymbol 303 and
singer/songwriter This
Pale Fire’s debut EP The
Cycle is out today - and it's free for a limited time.
The three-track record focuses on the different stages of relationships and
features lead single Burst of Colour,
with new single Don’t Rob Me also out this week.
The prolific pair will will also be playing a release show tomorrow night where they will
perform the record in its entirety live for the first time at Tyler Street
Garage’s renowned club night Dance
Yrself Clean, joined by resident DJ, Dean Campbell.
Both artists have been steadily building profile in the local scene in their
own rights, with This
Pale Fire releasing his debut EP Dusk late last year and Cymbol 303 taking
out the George FM Remix Factor Competition in 2013 - releasing new material and
playing high-profile shows ever since, including a slot at Rhythm & Vines.
