Music News - Goodshirt & The Mint Chicks Pull Out of SXSW

Two of the eight New Zealand bands invited to this year's South By Southwest music festival have pulled out. Goodshirt will not be able to attend this year's festival as they are already committed to dates in Japan where they are supporting the Japanese release of Good, coincidentally from a deal struck off their trip to Texas last year.
The Mint Chicks have cancelled all their upcoming international commitments including a tour to Australia and the UK for personal reasons. The cancellations couldn't come at a worse time as their debut single on UK label Fierce Panda is receiving national radio play and has just been made Single Of The Week in UK rock bible Kerrang!
