Betchadupa have been busy of late - recording their second, as yet unnamed, album and mixing it in LA.
They have just come back to New Zealand from a quick run of shows in Australia, where they sold out Sydney’s infamous Annadale Hotel and are getting rave reviews. Trple J is playing Move Over on high rotate and it’s been added to Nova’s playlist.
Soon they’ll be busy again, playing more Aussie shows on the Live ‘n Local tour with Jebediah, Magic Dirt, 28 Days and Machine Gun Fellatio.
So now is the time to catch up with them, and get a preview of the new album currently in the works. Betchadupa play one gig at the Kings Arms in Auckland on Saturday March 20, supported by The Reduction Agents and The Checks.
