With
the ink barely dry on a distribution deal with Warner Music NZ and still basking in the
glowing reviews of his recently released second album Hunted Haunted, Eden Mulholland is
hitting the road on November 5.
No stranger to the live circuit, Mulholland’s
six-date tour promises to be one of 2015’s musical highlights.
The Kiwi vocal freedom fighter is also a gifted multi-instrumentalist and
digital artist, renowned for his generous and uninhibited delivery. His live
performances are equal to the task of delivering the epic, yet intimate,
qualities of his songs.
A full band will help Mulholland bring to life tunes from Hunted Haunted and favourites from his back catalogue.
The tour is presented by Radio Hauraki and takes in Wellington, Whanganui,
Auckland, Leigh, Christchurch and Dunedin.
Hunted Haunted was released on August 28 and follows on from 2013’s cracking debut, Feed The Beast.
Hunted Haunted has also had critics raving:
"The tracks deliver
mature narrative mini-epics from a musically magical mind"
- 4/5 The Listener
Magazine (NZ)
"It's the audio
equivalent to a Cirque de Soleil performance – intriguing,
spectacular and full of wow moments."
- 4.5/5 Sunday Star Times (NZ)
"A Prolific composer
of film, TV, theatre and contemporary dance, New Zealander Eden Mulholland
is nothing if not versatile (...) A strange and Wonderful album"
- 4/5 Rolling Stone
Magazine (AUS)
