David Dallas Drops New Track ‘Don’t Rate That’

16 November 2015 - 0 Comments

“To be honest I thought I would be writing one of these spiels this time last year. Unfortunately music has it’s own clock, and even though I’d recorded a bunch of stuff at that point – I don’t really think I had anything to say. And what good is a song with nothing to say?

So I fell back for a bit. Started over, got stressed out, got married, over thought things, under-thought things, so on and so forth.

It’s been a while, but at the very least I think I’ve got something to say now."
- David Dallas

David Dallas returns with new single Don’t Rate That, with plenty of things to say.

Produced by Fire & Ice and recorded at Red Bull Studios, Don’t Rate Thatexplores the social issues troubling NZ, from loan sharks to xenophobia.

It also marks the return of David Dallas following his multi-award winning album, Falling Into Place, and is available for purchase and streaming across all platforms now.
