Featuring some of New Zealand’s all-time favourite bands, the inaugural
music concert Live in Lincoln Selwyn Sounds will walk attendees down memory
lane for an unforgettable day and night at the Lincoln Domain. Headlining will
be Mi-Sex’s only Christchurch show to launch their new album Not From Here,
as well as the reformed Dragon performing again in New Zealand.
Also gracing the stage on Saturday 4th March 2017 will be an epic mix of
artists including acclaimed songstresses Sharon O’Neill, Annie Crummer,
Margaret Urlich and Debbie Harwood, local icon Jordan Luck and his new band
The Jordan Luck Band, and multi-award winning singer-songwriter Jason Kerrison.
“We have assembled an outstanding line up for our first ever event of this size
in Lincoln, it’s the talk of the village. We all remember what we were doing
when these artists first came into the music scene in New Zealand and to have
them perform all these years later with new material as well as old is an
honour for the town. The line-up is for everyone and we look forward to an
incredible first year event,” Event Producer David Parlane
Only a 25-minute drive from Christchurch, the concert will take place at the
community reserve Lincoln Domain in the bankside town of Lincoln. This will be
the largest musical concert the picturesque town has ever hosted in its rich
history.
This massive line-up will bring some of the greatest songs from the last few
decades in Kiwi music to life on stage, mixed in with some new releases that no
doubt will enter musical history in time to come.
For one night fans can immerse themselves in the world of classic hits and
experience the next big hit on the charts live.
