The 2019 edition of Corona Sunsets presents Dunedin surf-rock four-piece Soaked Oats with six free concerts around the country, kicking off tonight at Auckland's La Zeppa with support from emerging indie band Smokestack Slim.
The tour begins after a huge start to the year for Soaked Oats coming off the back of an epic DIY American tour to hit the festival circuit including a Rhythm & Vines NYE performance and Coastella. The band's latest track 'Shuggah Doom' has been the most played song on New Zealand alternative radio for the past two weeks, with more music to come in the near future.
This is a band with a high energy live show and growing acclaim - so this chance to catch them for free while they're on the rise shouldn't be missed. These Corona Sunsets shows are the perfect chance for music fans to catch one of New Zealand’s most promising acts, for free, just as autumn hits.
These shows are free entry and limited capacity, so tell your mates and make sure you get there early to avoid disappointment.
