Say hello to Jason Parker. A singer/songwriter from Wellington, New Zealand.
Jason Parker has been in a committed relationship with Pop music ever since he realised the TV remote doubles as a microphone. Inspired by female powerhouse vocalists like Christina Aguilera and Kelly Clarkson, his catchy hooks and one-of-a-kind vocals will have you crying and dancing all while singing at the top of your lungs.

Jason Parker's debut single You Rescued Me can be described as a cinematic, pop anthem that highlights his honest songwriting and vocal talents. After appearing on Popstars NZ and winning the hearts of the NZ public, Jason began studio sessions with producer Alvyn Tan to create the magic that is ‘You Rescued Me’. Kimbra was quoted in Stuff as saying “[Jason has] charisma, sense of self-confidence and voice that can really move a room.” Writing music in secret for years, this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity gave Jason the confidence to take his songs out of his notepad and into the world.

Since appearing on Popstars Jason has MC'd and performed at Wellington music festival Peachy Keen, begun work on his debut EP, and will open for NZ pop princess Paige in Wellington on her first headline tour.
