With the release of the Buss Dance EP late in 2022 and the digital release of his groups LP by the Otautahi Allstars earlier this year, Oakely Grenell has selected some of the finest producers in Aotearoa to remix some of his favourite tunes for a more dancefloor orientated flavour.
Producers Dub Terminator, J-Red & LQ, ISM and OG himself play in the Central Records audio toy box that has vocal features from Lotek, Spikey Tee, Hlats, King Ru, Rubi Du, Deadly Hunta & Fyah Roiall.
With his yearly NZ summer pilgrimage home, Grenell will feature these dancefloor re-rubs on sounds systems across the land of the long white cloud.
Long-time mixer and collaborator Johnny Hooves adds a crips sheen and wealth of talent on the mixing duties, then mastered to audio perfection by Hospital Records don, Nu:Tone!
