Emerging Australian talent, Jack Gray will join global superstar Dean Lewis on his The Future Is Bright world tour which hits New Zealand next week, taking in Wellington’s Opera House on Wednesday March 15, Christchurch’s Town Hall on Friday March 17, and closing the tour with a final show at Auckland’s iconic Civic Theatre on Saturday March 18.
Vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer - Jack Gray sings with a seemingly effortless intimacy, his easy-going demeanour often belying the relentless work ethic and attention to detail that goes into each of his tracks. Combining both acoustic and electronic elements into an ambitiously modern blend, Jack creates music that feels instantly familiar and boldly adventurous all at once.
Multiple-award-winning, multiple-Platinum-certified singer-songwriter Dean Lewis is touring off the back of the release of his brand-new 10-track album The Hardest Love, which includes previous singles Looks Like Me, Hurtless, and the emotive How Do I Say Goodbye – a devastating song about the looming loss of a parent.
With over 7.5 billion streams, Dean was welcomed into the Spotify Billions Club with his hit song ‘Be Alright’. Over the past few years, Dean has performed to hundreds of sold-out crowds worldwide, including headline tours and major festivals in the US, UK, Europe, and Australia, and the 2019 AFL Grand Final in Australia. Dean has recently collaborated with Dutch DJ / Producer Martin Garrix, and Norwegian DJ / Producer Kygo.
