Yellow Brick Road is the third independent release from Raglan based indie-pop singer songwriter Little Lapin. She has decided to let her fans name a price for the track which is available to download on Bandcamp.
The song was inspired by Raglan, her hometown, where she has been writing and performing since 2010. The music was arranged by Ben King (Goldenhorse, Grand Rapids) who also produced and mixed the track. The result is an ethereal and wistful soundscape.
An uber cute music video accompanies the song which was produced by a team of Wintec students in Hamilton. It features Little Lapin wondering through a forest feeding giant marshmallows to animal cut-outs.
