This year’s WOMAD festival delivers its companion CD as a taster ahead of the event taking place 13-15th March, 2015. 16 tracks from big name performers Sinead O’Connor, Public Broadcasting Service, Youssou N’dour, Balkan Beat Box and a slew of new artists to sink your teeth into.
The WOMAD 2015 compilation CD is the perfect teaser of the three day schedule chock-full of the very best musicians from around the world with over 300 artists representing 22 countries. Set in the stunning 55-acre Brooklands Park and TSB Bowl of Brooklands, located a short walk from New Plymouth’s centre, WOMAD NZ, has gained a reputation as one of the most beautiful outdoor festivals in the world.
