Kicking off in just two weeks, Gin Wigmore today announces the support acts for her Blood to Bone national tour. The incomparable Tami Neilson will open for Gin in Auckland, and Melbournian sibling duo Miss Eileen and King Lear support Gin on all other dates.

Tami Neilson has gone from strength to strength since releasing her award winning album Dynamite! last year. She won the 2014 APRA Silver Scroll for her song Walk (Back to Your Arms), won the Tui for 2015 Best Country Album, scored the Prime TV series The Brokenwood Mysteries, played churches across NZ on the 2015 Church Tour and to top it all off, released a brand new album Don't Be Afraid in September. Don't Be Afraid entered the NZ Top 40 at #3 and received scores of rave reviews.

Miss Eileen and King Lear have been playing music since childhood in roots/vaudeville act The Perch Creek Family Jugband. Eileen and Lear Hodgkins have expanded their repertoire into indie folk with their new side project, Miss Eileen & King Lear. With a regular gigs around Melbourne and an EP on the way, these guys are one to watch!

Gin Wigmore has been touring her new album Blood to Bone around the world but is bringing it back home to New Zealand next week. On the 19th she'll perform at the New Zealand Music Awards where she is nominated for Best Female Solo Artist and on Sunday kicks off the tour in Invercargill.
