Current BMG boss Mike Bradshaw has been named as GM of the new Sony-BMG record company, leaving current Sony boss and 26-year music industry veteran Michael Glading out of a job from early 2005.

Glading has headed Sony for the last 16 years, with a guiding hand in some of New Zealand music's biggest succces stories, including Bic Runga and Brooke Fraser.
