Coke New Releases: Fresh Music from the fridge

We have an absolutely huge show this week! Check out Dave Gibson’s hilarious interview with his own band Elemeno P down in the studio and we have James Reid from the Feelers in to perform a beautiful acoustic version of “Stand up” exclusively for Coke New Releases.
We haven’t seen them for a while but we have awesome new videos from the Bloodhound Gang and Fun Lovin’ Criminals. As well as Good Charlotte, Soulwax, James Blunt, Hilary Duff, and Coldplay!
NZ’s Dave Yetton, formerly of Steriobus and the JPS Experience, has gone solo and we check out his new video as well as the cracking new clip from the D4.

Top of the Pops

It’s going to be another great show this week on Top of the Pops!
We’ve got the eternally popular Elemeno P live in the studio to perform their brand new single ’11.57’ and we have a chat with Dave and Lani about their forthcoming album. They’ll also be joined by the incredibly talented Heavy Jones Trio who will be performing their latest single ‘Saturday Night.’
Also on the show this week we have fabulous performances from Mariah Carey with ‘We Belong Together,’ Coldplay and Amerie plus a performance from hot UK rock outfit Rooster with their song ‘Come Get Some.’ These guys are going to be performing live in our studio the on the 26th of August! Coke Countdown

There’s lots of chart action in Coke Countdown this week.
Mariah has raced a whopping 17 places up the chart and Schnappi has snapped his way back into the top 5. There is a new track from Ben Moody ft Anastacia and Schnappi’s buddy the Lama in Yokahama returns. Eminem and Rogue traders are still back to back, with both moving up 7 places.
New Zealand has 6 places on the chart this week with Greenpeace still in the top 5. We also have awesome NZ fresh clips from the D4, Dave Yetton, and Katchafire so check them out.
