Three weeks out from the release of their debut album Teeth, brilliant teen rappers Church & AP share a brand new single from the album Hello Hello.
Hello Hello was produced by Dera Meelan and features 17-year-old vocalist Neko, who is lined-up alongside Kome to support Church & AP at their album release show on 15 November. Church says the track is a warm up for the album release.
"This song just further defines who we are as artists. Young and confident. It’s a simple premise that helps prepare our fans for the album. If not in sound then in subject matter. Play it on max volume."
Since releasing their first hit Ready or Not a year ago while Church was still at school, the duo have surpassed 4 million streams, played their first international shows, been booked for major festivals and spent time honing every track for Teeth at Red Bull Music Studios Auckland.
Teeth will be released on digital platforms on Friday 15 November via YKK/Kartel Music Group, with vinyl to follow. The album drops the day after the Vodafone New Zealand Music Awards, where the duo are finalists for the Best Track, Best Hip Hop Artist and Breakthrough Artist of the Year Awards.
