Synchronized swimming as we all know isn't cool, but synchronicity in music these days is somewhat of a necessity. So on the eve of the tour to support their brand new EP II, Paquin release their first and most shiny of videos. Paquin's NZ On Air funded video, for their latest single Quiet Heart, is directed and edited by Ian Craig Young Brown, who has also created visual marvels for the likes of the PCP Eagles, Luckless, The Raw Nerves and many other bands that are too cool to be mentioned here.
But as is always the case words can never do enough justice, so without further ado, we ask that you cast your eyes to hither Youtube link to see for yourself… http://youtu.be/5EpgzAgZ34A
Paquin today also release II the 2nd instalment of their triple EP project. The EP features the singles Gunn, Glass Houses and also Quiet Heart. Paquin is the musical outlet of songwriter Tom Healy, producer for the likes of Die! Die! Die! and Popstrangers. Making up the rest of the band alongside Tom for their tour is bassist Cass Basil (Tiny Ruins), Stuart Harwood (Tono and the Finance Company) and Westley Holdsworth (Proton Beast).
