Sounds like The Darkness raping the Scissor Sisters.

Well yeah, guess we will have to wait til the line up. I just hope that Scribe and the Smashing Pumpkins won't be there.

Confused Isn't the BDO ALWAYS a Bogan Day Out? Or have I been mislead my whole life? Sad & Blue

I never get that exciting vibe at the BDO like I do when a good band comes to town. It's kinda like a sampler of live acts rather than a full-blown live experience.

Yeah, it's definitely not the same with the bigger bands on a time limit.

it'd be a very mean bogan day though...my first bdo was this year and i culdnt stop laughing at all the hate emo t-shirts...dat was till my yunga sister *cough*emo*cough* got smashed up at the chemical romance mosh pit...that sucked but half the ppl in the mosh were emos, other half were emo-bashers...was amusing from a stand off point.

just gotta say, muse and tool and sinate were fucking awesome. had the pleasure of meeting sinate and that was mean as.

got tix for muse in november so im a happy chap

whoot nearly time for first announcement!!

if rage come i'm gunna go crazy Laughing Laughing Laughing

I basically spent the whole day getting drunk with Sinate down the back. Good times.

It's called stating a fact. It's all I did for an entire day. That's not name dropping, they're my friends. We hung out.

OMG I MET A ROCKSTAR!!!111

As if I'd say I met anybody to impress. Least of all somebody I've made it perfectly clear I've done numerous national tours with in the year or so I've been here.

Some salt with your foot?

Ha I was actually referring to what boozehag said, but I wouldn't go as far as to say they are Rockstars.

Well then quote the relevant message next time Wink

And no, they're far from rockstars.

I'd brag that I met Drowning Pool but their music sucks Laughing

I'd much rather catch Tool alone than at a festival. Seeing them in a stadium was kinda like Tool Lite.

Anyone think Foo fighters will come back again for 2008? They've got a new album coming out towards the end of this year. They seem to like BDO's.

Apparantely Dave Grohl doesn't like BDO because of the short set times. But if they come, I reckon they will get the headlining spot (near 2 hour set anyway). I'm dying to see them live anywho, got their new album yesterday morning after a few listens it really grows on you

Yay looks like Rage is def coming to NZ... I got this off their website...

"Never fear! Additional RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE appearances in Auckland, Queensland, Adelaide and Perth are scheduled and will be announced shortly"

Obviously talking about the BDO. Awesome, but the BDO isn't enough for me! I'm off to their Sydney concert too YAY! Very Happy
